1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, which are deemed “used” after download or opening, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any digital goods once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

2. Exceptions

We only consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with our server or your email provider, you do not receive the download link.
  • Technical issues: The digital file is corrupted or does not work as described, and our technical team is unable to fix the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refund requests for the exceptions mentioned above (non-delivery or technical issues) must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Once a refund is approved, it will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically appearing within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
